Deliver Options

  • Nairobi 2 Days Delivery: all orders within Nairobi are processed within 48 hours in case of any adjustments our representatives will inform you.

  • Country-wide standard delivery: once we confirm your order we will send you the delivery charges once everything is confirmed it will take 3 to 5 working days.

  • International standard shipping: we use DHL for international shipping, once we receive your order we will get back to you with the shipping charges, once the payment is made we will release your item for shipping within 24 hours, it may take 5 to 24 working days to receive your parcel.

Item(s) missing from my order

Sorry an item is missing, we’ve either packed it wrong, it’s coming in more than one parcel or it’s fallen off the back of the wagon. If your expected delivery date has passed, then please head over to our Contact Us section or email us at sales.simplyclassics@gmail.com and we will sort it for you.

 

I received a faulty item what do I do

We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. So that we can get this fixed for you please head over to our Contact Us section or email us at sales.simplyclassics@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

To help us get this fixed for you ASAP, when you first contact us please include the following information;

  • Your name

  •  Order number

  • Product name and code

  • Picture of the fault

  • Description of the fault

(The product name and code can be found on your order confirmation email).

If you contact us via the ‘Contact Us’ form please have an image of the faulty item ready for when you receive a reply as you won’t be able to attach the image on the form just yet. 

I received the incorrect Item

If you have any problem with your order, you can contact us ASAP. Just head over to our Contact Us section or email us at sales.simplyclassics@gmail.com

When you email us, please include the following information:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Product name and code of the item ordered

  • Product name and code of the item received

  • Picture of the incorrect item and a description of the incorrect item received
